Terms & Conditions — mvpvip Gaming Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mvpvip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mvpvip website at mvpvip.app, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any related services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, promotional offers, and payment processing.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the mvpvip platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the mvpvip platform.

mvpvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English text constitutes the sole authoritative version. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translated version, the English text shall prevail. The platform is operated and intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. All monetary references in these Terms use Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer to the extent applicable under the laws of Bangladesh.

To register and use the mvpvip platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. mvpvip is strictly an adults-only platform. Players aged under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of mvpvip or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the mvpvip platform or had an account permanently closed by mvpvip for violation of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party.

Age Verification: mvpvip enforces mandatory age verification at the withdrawal stage. Before any withdrawal is processed, players must submit a valid government-issued identity document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — confirming they are 18 years of age or older. Accounts that fail to pass age verification will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

If mvpvip reasonably suspects that a registered account belongs to a player under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned to the verified payment source, and any accumulated winnings or bonus funds forfeited in full. mvpvip accepts no liability for any losses incurred by an under-age player who circumvented these controls through misrepresentation.

If you become aware that a minor has accessed a mvpvip account — including your own — you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] or via live chat inside the account dashboard.

To access real-money gaming on mvpvip, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the mvpvip platform. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. mvpvip uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on device fingerprinting, IP address, payment method identifiers, and personal details. All duplicate accounts will be suspended upon detection.

Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately.
• Any bonus funds accumulated across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.
• Real-money balances will be reviewed; balances on duplicate accounts will be transferred to the original verified account after deducting any bonus-funded winnings.
• Repeat offences may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your mvpvip account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. mvpvip will never ask for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. Any suspicious login activity should be reported to our support team immediately. mvpvip will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

Know Your Customer (KYC): mvpvip reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any point, including during routine compliance reviews, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual activity is detected. Accepted documents include National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 90 days). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

mvpvip processes all player deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified Bangladesh mobile financial services and banking channels. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where supported by the issuing Bangladesh bank)

Deposit Rules: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed. Deposits are typically credited to your mvpvip balance within 2–5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. mvpvip does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Rules: The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Standard withdrawals during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Age verification must be completed with a valid government-issued identity document.
• If a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully met on the real-money balance portion of any withdrawal.
• There must be no open dispute, ongoing AML review, or fraud investigation on the account.
• The account must not be in a self-excluded or suspended state.

mvpvip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals in excess of ৳50,000 in a single transaction, or where cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day period exceed ৳200,000. This is in line with our AML obligations and is not an indication of wrongdoing on the player's part.

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a legitimate mvpvip deposit is considered a violation of these Terms. Upon initiation of a chargeback, your account will be suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is found to be unwarranted, the disputed amount plus any associated processing fees may be deducted from your balance and the account closed.

mvpvip offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the BPL cricket calendar, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is specified clearly on the relevant promotion page. Standard wagering requirements on deposit bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Players must meet the stated wagering requirement in full within the promotional validity period; unmet bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

Bonus Fund Separation: Upon claiming a bonus, your mvpvip account balance will display separate real-money and bonus-money pools. Real-money funds can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus-money funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Bets are drawn first from bonus funds and then from real-money funds, unless the player manually adjusts this order in the account settings.

Bonus Eligibility Restrictions:

• Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.
• mvpvip reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from a player if there is reasonable evidence that the player is exploiting the promotion through arbitrage, matched betting, or other systematic bonus abuse strategies.
• Free bet credits are valid only for the game category or market specified in the promotion terms and expire after the stated validity period.
• Bonuses on seasonal promotions (BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh) are available only during the promotional window specified and cannot be retroactively applied to deposits made outside that window.

mvpvip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by an eligible player, the terms in force at the time of claiming will apply to that player's bonus balance.

By using the mvpvip platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with mvpvip support staff.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through coordinated multi-account strategies, systematic arbitrage, or any method that manipulates the intended purpose of the bonus offer.
• Money Laundering: Using the mvpvip platform to launder funds of any origin. mvpvip complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Automated Software and Bots: Using scripts, bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or access platform features in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, reverse-engineer platform code, interfere with platform servers, or access another player's account without authorisation.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, or discriminatory language toward mvpvip support agents, other players, or in any public-facing review or communication channel.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing another person to register, operate, or conduct transactions on your mvpvip account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

mvpvip employs automated fraud detection, manual review processes, and third-party verification services to identify prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected after winnings have been paid out, mvpvip reserves the right to pursue recovery of those funds through appropriate legal channels.

Suspension by mvpvip: mvpvip reserves the right to suspend any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any provision of these Terms has been violated, or where an ongoing investigation requires the account to be temporarily restricted. During a suspension period, the player may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. The account balance will be preserved during investigation unless winnings are determined to be void under these Terms.

Closure by mvpvip: Following investigation, mvpvip may permanently close an account where a serious or repeated violation of these Terms is established. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, under-age use, or systematic bonus abuse, the entire account balance — including real-money deposits — may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation, as determined by mvpvip in its sole discretion. Players will be notified of permanent closure by email.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Voluntary closure requests are processed during BST business hours.

Self-Exclusion as a Responsible Gaming Tool: Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion feature available in the account dashboard rather than requesting closure directly. Self-exclusion options range from 24 hours to 6 months, with a permanent option also available. Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. mvpvip will notify the player by email before applying any dormancy fee to the account. After a further 6 months of inactivity following notification, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in. Players can reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Nature of the Service: The mvpvip platform is provided as an entertainment service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and target 99.97% uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, or network failures within Bangladesh.

Limitation of Financial Liability: mvpvip's aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. mvpvip is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from a player's own decision to place a particular wager or play a particular game.
• Technical interruptions to live sports events or live casino feeds caused by third-party providers beyond our direct control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner, provided mvpvip has submitted the payment instruction in good time.

Game Outcomes: mvpvip operates casino games supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Habanero. All game outcomes in these titles are determined by the respective studio's certified RNG systems. mvpvip does not modify, influence, or guarantee any game outcome. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents the round from completing normally, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's real-money balance.

Sports Betting Outcomes: Sportsbook market settlements are determined by the final official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or incomplete, settlement will follow the mvpvip Sports Betting Rules applicable at the time the bet was placed. mvpvip is not responsible for errors in real-time data feeds provided by third-party sports data suppliers; where such errors result in incorrect odds being displayed, mvpvip reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from your use of mvpvip that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure should be submitted in writing to [email protected] for escalation. mvpvip is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and transparently, typically within 14 business days of a formal written complaint.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mvpvip in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
